Mix together ground beef, enough bread crumbs to hold meat together, onions, catsup, egg, salt and pepper.
Form into 4 even rolls.
Place in shallow baking dish and spread tops with mixture of catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard.
Place in oven at 350Β° for 1 hour.
