Barbecue Muffins
Barbecue Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can buttermilk biscuits, 1 lb. ground meat, 1/2 c. ketchup, 3 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 tbsp. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
Flatten into 5-inch circles. Place each one in the bottom and sides of a greased muffin pan. Set pan aside.
Brown ground meat and drain well.
Mix brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar and chili powder.
Stir until smooth.
Add to meat and mix well.
Divide meat mixture among biscuit lined pan (about 1/4-cup) for each.
Sprinkle with cheese.
