Barbecue Franks
Barbecue Franks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. franks, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1/2 c. celery, chopped and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In saucepan, add margarine, onions and celery; saute.
Add water, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Simmer 15 minutes.
You can leave franks whole or cut in bite size pieces.
Place franks in casserole dish; add sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Great as an appetizer or main meat.
