Press biscuits into muffin tin, making biscuit cups.
Lightly brown meat and onion; drain off fat.
Add other ingredients, except cheese.
Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
Spoon into biscuit cups and bake at 350Β° until slightly browned (about 20 to 25 minutes).
After browned, place cheese on each cup.
