Barbecue Chicken
Barbecue Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oil, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. malt vinegar, 3/4 tsp. dry mustard and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine all ingredients except chicken and simmer at low heat about 1 hour.
Two pound chickens are recommended.
Quarter or cut into pieces.
Brush pieces thoroughly with sauce.
Place on the grill, turning and brushing every five minutes.
Grill for approximately 20 to 25 minutes depending on size of pieces.
To test for doneness, twist the drumstick if thigh joint moves easily, it is done.
