Barbecue Beef
Barbecue Beef is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 1/2 bunch celery, 1 bunch parsley, 1 large onion and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook meat the night before.
Cook water, celery and parsley together for 20 minutes.
Strain it and save the juice.
Saute 1 large onion (cut small) in margarine.
Add in remaining ingredients plus shredded beef.
Cook until warmed through, about 45 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.
