Baptist Pie
Baptist Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large egg, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 c. sugar, pinch of salt and 1 small can pet milk, plus 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Set oven at 350Β°. In mixing bowl, beat egg. Add flour to sugar. Add flour and sugar mixture gradually to egg; beat well. Add salt and milks. Add melted butter and vanilla.
Beat and pour in unbaked pie shell. Cook until pie doesn't shake in middle, about 25 minutes or more.
