Banker's Casserole
Banker'S Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1/2 c. ketchup, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 2 eggs and 1/3 c. milnot, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix hamburger, ketchup, onion, eggs, milk and salt in mixing bowl.
Cook macaroni and drain. Add mustard and mayonnaise to macaroni.
Alternate layers of beef mixture and macaroni mixture in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with cheese, then sprinkle with cornflake crumbs. Drizzle oleo over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
