Banjar Satay
Banjar Satay is a South Kalimantan-style satay with grilled skewers coated in a warm peanut-spice sauce. Sweet soy, shallots, fried garlic, and lontong rice cakes make the plate hearty, while cucumber and fried shallots keep it fresh.

Marinate chicken with sweet soy, garlic, coriander, salt, and a little oil.
