Bananas Foster
Bananas Foster is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 4 tsp. brown sugar, 2 bananas, pinch of cinnamon and 1 tsp. banana liquor, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix butter and sugar in skillet.
Cook over medium heat until caramelized.
Cut bananas in quarters.
Add and cook until tender. Add cinnamon and liquor; stir.
Add rum to top of mixture.
Do not stir.
Light.
Spoon over vanilla ice cream while flaming. Serves 4.
