Banana Temptations is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 bananas or ripe plantains, 1/2 stick margarine (1/4 c.), 1/2 c. brown sugar and cinnamon to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Peel bananas and cut in half.
Then slice lengthwise.
Melt butter in skillet on low heat.
Add brown sugar and stir until melted.
Add bananas or plantains.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cover and cook slowly for 5 minutes.
Turn over and cook 2 to 3 minutes more.
Serve warm!
