Banana Split Pie
Banana Split Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with c. graham cracker crumbs, butter/margarine, eggs, c. powdered sugar and butter/margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick butter, melted. Press in bottom of 13 x 9-inch sheet cake pan.
Beat eggs, sugar and 2 sticks butter for 15 to 20 minutes.
Pour on top of crumbs. Slice bananas and layer on top of egg mixture.
Add layer of pineapple.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with nuts and cherries, if desired.
