Banana Split Dessert
Banana Split Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. graham crackers, 5 tbsp. margarine, 2 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 lb. softened margarine and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Blend and press
9 x 1 1/2-inch pan graham crackers and 5 tablespoons melted butter.
Beat together for 5 minutes powdered sugar, pound softened butter, eggs and vanilla. Spread this mixture over crumb crust and chill.
Then take bananas chilled cream mixture.
Drain crushed pineapple spread over bananas.
Spread Cool Whip over top and garnish with maraschino cherries and nuts. Serves about 15.
