Banana Split Dessert
Banana Split Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 stick margarine, 1 tsp. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 c. 10x sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine first 3 ingredients and put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan for crust.
Cream the next 3 ingredients for 15 minutes and pour into crust.
Top with bananas. Cover that with pineapple. Top with Cool Whip.
You can put cherries, walnuts or chocolate syrup on top.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Good to make the night before serving.
