Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 lb. powdered sugar, 2 sticks oleo, softened, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 c. chopped maraschino cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt 1 stick oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add cracker crumbs. Mix and pat over bottom of pan.
Mix sugar, eggs and 2 sticks oleo and beat for 15 minutes.
Pour over crust.
Slice bananas and arrange on top of filling. Top with pineapple.
Spread Cool Whip on top of pineapple.
Sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
