Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed graham crackers, 2/3 c. melted butter, 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 c. softened margarine and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix graham crackers and melted margarine.
Press in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Beat until firm.
Spread over graham crackers.
Peel and slice bananas, dip in drained pineapple juice and place on butter-egg mixture.
Put pineapple over bananas.
Top with Cool Whip, walnuts and maraschino cherries.
Refrigerate.
Dribble chocolate on top. Serves 15.
