Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks margarine, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 2 c. confectioners sugar, 2 eggs and 5 to 7 bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blend one stick margarine with graham cracker crumbs.
Line bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with this crust.
Beat 2 sticks margarine, sugar and eggs for 15 minutes.
Spread over cracker crumbs and slice bananas over that; then spread pineapple over bananas.
Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
Also, you can add a layer of fresh strawberries after the layer of pineapple.
