Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks margarine, softened, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 c. confectioners sugar, 1 large carton cool whip and 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix one stick margarine with graham cracker crumbs.
Pat out into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Mix sugar, eggs and 2 sticks margarine; beat until thick.
If needed, add another cup of sugar.
Spread over top of crumb mixture.
Slice bananas on top of mixture. Spread pineapple over bananas.
Mix nuts with Cool Whip; spread over pineapple.
Top with cherries.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
