Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo, divided, 2 c. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 (9 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt 1/2 cup oleo; add to graham cracker crumbs.
Mix well and pat into 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan.
Combine sugar, eggs, 1/2 cup softened oleo and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Spread over graham cracker crust.
Add layer of bananas and pineapple.
Spread whipped topping evenly over fruit.
Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until set.
Yields 12 to 15.
