Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick melted butter, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 2 c. confectioners sugar, 2 eggs and 2 sticks butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix the first 2 ingredients in bottom of dish like crust. Beat confectioners sugar, eggs and 2 stick of butter with electric mixer for 5 to 6 minutes or until fluffy.
Pour this mixture over the crust.
Slice bananas and cover mixture; add pineapple (drained) over bananas; cover mixture with cool whip.
Spread chopped nuts and cherries over top.
Refrigerate.
