Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks oleo, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 2 eggs, 2 c. powdered sugar and 5 bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt 1 stick of oleo and pour over graham cracker crumbs. Toss and press in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
On high speed, beat for several minutes: eggs, 1 stick oleo and powdered sugar.
Pour over crust.
Slice bananas and arrange over cream mixture.
Drain pineapple until it's as dry as possible and sprinkle over banana. Top with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Decorate cherry halves.
