Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers, 1 stick melted butter, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 egg, beaten and 3 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine vanilla wafers and butter until moist.
Press into the bottom of the container.
Mix well cream cheese, beaten egg and powdered sugar.
Spread on top of crust.
Slice bananas on top of cream cheese mixture.
Add crushed pineapple to top of bananas. Cover with Cool Whip.
(May sprinkle top of Cool Whip with chopped pecans and dot with cherries!)
Refrigerate overnight.
