Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 sticks margarine, 2 eggs, 1 large can crushed pineapple and 4 or 5 bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Make crust in 9 x 13 pan.
Beat 2 sticks margarine, sugar and eggs together (at least 15 minutes).
Spread filling over crust.
Drain pineapple and layer over filling.
Slice bananas over pineapple. Cover with Cool Whip.
Garnish with nuts and cherries. Refrigerate.
