Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed, 5 tbsp. melted butter or margarine, 3 to 4 bananas, sliced lengthwise in half, 1 can eagle brand condensed milk and 1/3 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix crushed wafers and melted butter; press into bottom of rectangle dish.
Slice bananas lengthwise and cover bottom.
Avoid overly ripe bananas.
Use yellow skinned or green tipped.
Mix together condensed milk and lemon juice; spread on top of bananas. Spread crushed pineapple on top of Eagle Brand layer.
Cover with whipped topping (8 to 9 ounce is plenty).
Sprinkle coconut, chopped nuts and arrange red cherries on top to designate serving size.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
