Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. sugar, 3 sticks margarine, 2 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 cans pineapple chunks, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine sugar, cracker crumbs and 1 stick melted margarine. Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Chill 1 hour.
Mix powdered sugar, eggs, 2 sticks melted margarine and vanilla on medium speed of mixer for 10 minutes.
Spread mixture over crust.
Over this, layer bananas, pineapple chunks and Cool Whip.
Garnish with cherries and chopped nuts.
