Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 sticks margarine, 2 eggs, 2 c. powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick of margarine, melted. Press into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cream eggs, rest of margarine (melted), powdered sugar and vanilla, then beat with mixer for 15 minutes.
Spread over crumbs.
Layer sliced bananas, then pineapple.
Top with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle pecans over Cool Whip and place cherries in rolls on cake.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
