Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks margarine, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 c. 10x confectioners sugar, 2 eggs and 5 or 6 bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix 1 stick softened margarine with the crumbs.
Mix sugar, eggs and remaining margarine.
Beat until thick.
Spread over crumbs, sliced bananas (lengthwise).
Save a few slices for the top layer.
Spread pineapple (drained) over bananas.
Spread Cool Whip and decorate with cherries.
Sprinkle with nuts and chill for at least 8 hours.
