Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 bananas, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 sticks margarine, 2 eggs and 2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix 1 melted stick of butter with crumbs and a dash of salt. Mix well and put into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Beat eggs, remaining butter and sugar with mixer for no less than 5 minutes.
Spread this over the pressed crumb mixture.
Top with bananas and then pineapple.
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
Chill overnight.
Serves about 12.
