Banana Slush
Banana Slush is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 1/2 c. water, 3 c. sugar, 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed (undiluted), 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice and 4 ripe bananas, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In large saucepan heat water and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Boil 3 minutes.
Stir in orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice and bananas.
Place in three 2-quart containers; freeze until firm.
Let stand at room temperature about 20 minutes or until mixture can be spooned.
To serve, stir in ginger ale.
