Banana Punch
Banana Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. water, 4 c. sugar (i use 3), 4 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice, 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice and juice of 2 lemons or 4 tbsp., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix water and sugar; cook to make syrup for 3 minutes.
Let cool and add orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon and bananas. Freeze.
Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving.
Slush with a potato masher.
Add 7-Up or other beverage just before serving. Makes 5 quarts.
