Banana Punch
Banana Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. water, 4 c. sugar (i use 3 cups), 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice and 5 ripe bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring sugar and water to a boil in a large sauce pan.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Blend in a blender (I do one-half at a time): pineapple juice, orange juice and bananas.
Mix with sugar water that has been cooled.
Fill 1-quart containers and freeze until ready to use.
