Banana Pudding Cake
Banana Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 small ripe bananas, 1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. banana or vanilla instant pudding, 4 eggs and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Slice bananas into large mixing bowl.
Beat until well mashed.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into 10-inch well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 70 minutes.
Cool in pan at least 15 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Finish cooling on rack. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
(May be baked in 9 x 13-inch pan for 50 to 55 minutes.)
