Banana Pudding Cake
Banana Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 small ripe bananas, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. jell-o vanilla instant pudding, 1/4 c. oil, 1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Slice bananas into large bowl. Beat until well-mashed. Add remaining ingredients.
Blend, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer,
2 minutes.
Pour into a well greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350Β° for 60 or 70 minutes.
In pan least 15 minutes.
Remove from pan. Finish cooling rack. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
