Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. flour, 2 c. milk, 3 egg yolks and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix dry ingredients.
Add egg yolks and part of milk to moisten.
Add milk gradually, cooking on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
When thick, remove from heat.
Add vanilla and butter.
Let cool.
Line deep pan or dish with vanilla wafers, bottom and part of sides.
Cover with layer of bananas, layer of pudding, etc.
Top with meringue and brown.
