Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 bananas, 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 3/4 c. milk, 8 oz. sour cream and 8 oz. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix milk and instant pudding with mixer on slowest speed. Fold sour cream and 1/4 of the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture. Do this with a large mixing spoon.
Layer the bottom and sides of bowl with vanilla wafers.
Add sliced bananas on top of wafers, then a layer of pudding mixture.
Repeat until all is used.
Add remainder of Cool Whip to top, starting in the center and smooth to edge.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
