Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 heaping tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt (scant), 3 egg yolks (save egg whites) and 2 c. sweet milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat the egg yolks and add 2 cups of milk.
Add to the sugar and flour.
Cook over medium/low heat and stir until as thick as desired, stirring constantly.
Add vanilla.
In a bowl, put a layer of vanilla wafers and layer of sliced bananas; pour cooled sauce over that.
Repeat layers again; last layer should be wafers.
