Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 5/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 2 c. milk, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 can eagle brand and 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine pudding mix, milk, sour cream and Eagle Brand with mixer for 1 to 2 minutes until it begins to thicken.
Add Cool Whip and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with vanilla wafers.
Place a layer of bananas over wafers and top with pudding mixture.
Chill.
