Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar (1/2 c. in custard, remainder goes in meringue), 2 heaping tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar, flour and salt; mix well.
Add egg yolks.
Beat well.
Add milk.
Mix well.
