Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 8 tbsp. flour, pinch of salt, 4 eggs and 3 c. milk (use evaporated milk; 1/2 milk and 1/2 water which equals 1 can milk and 1 can water), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook the sugar, flour, salt, eggs and milk on medium heat until thick.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla and butter.
Mix until butter is melted.
Add the bananas.
Line bowl with vanilla wafers.
Pour in half the pudding.
Layer vanilla wafers again.
Add remaining pudding.
Layer vanilla wafers on top.
