Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes vanilla instant pudding, 2 c. cold milk, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat pudding mix and cold milk together until smooth.
Add Eagle Brand milk, sour cream, vanilla and 1/2 of Cool Whip.
Beat until fluffy.
Alternate layers of pudding mix, vanilla wafers and bananas.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with nutmeg; garnish with vanilla wafers.
Refrigerate.
Serves 15 to 20.
