Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 5 tbsp. flour, 4 egg yolks (use whites for meringue), 1 can carnation milk and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar, flour and beaten egg yolks together in a double boiler.
Add Carnation milk.
Fill to top of double boiler with regular milk.
Cover and cook until filling becomes a medium thickness.
Add butter and vanilla to hot filling.
Pour over your bananas and wafers in a square casserole dish.
Top with meringue.
Bake until golden brown.
