Banana Pudding

Mix sugar, salt, egg yolks, flour and milk in saucepan.
Cook over low heat until thickened, then add margarine and lemon extract.
Alternate layers of wafers, sliced bananas and filling. Can put beaten egg whites over top and brown.
Sprinkle crushed wafers on top.
