Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Put sugar, flour and salt in saucepan.
Gradually stir in scalded milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until hot.
Beat egg yolks.
Dip some of the hot mixture into the yolks. Mix together.
Add hot mixture and yolks back into the saucepan (with other mixture).
Continue to cook over medium heat until thickened.
Put vanilla wafers in bottom of bowl.
Add 3 of the bananas, sliced up.
Pour hot mixture into bowl.
Add rest of bananas and more vanilla wafers.
