Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 1/2 c. milk, 3 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat eggs and add to sugar and cornstarch mixture; mix well. Add milk to mixture.
Cook over low heat until mixture becomes thick, while stirring constantly.
Add flavoring and margarine. Layer wafers, bananas slices and pour 1/3 mixture over this. Repeat 2 more times.
Top with wafers.
