Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box vanilla wafers, 4 large bananas, 18 oz. carton sour cream, 1 can eagle brand milk and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Layer bottom of pan with vanilla wafers; put slice of banana on each wafer.
Mix Eagle Brand milk and water; add pudding and beat with fork until lumps are gone.
Add sour cream; mix until well blended.
Add Cool Whip.
Cover layer of wafers and bananas with 1/2 of pudding.
Add another layer of wafers and bananas; cover with other half of pudding.
Crumble remaining wafers on top.
