Banana-Nut Bread

Sift flour; measure.
Add baking powder, salt and soda; sift again.
Cream butter.
Add sugar gradually; cream together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs; beat well.

Add flour alternately with bananas, a small amount at a time, beating after each addition only until smooth.
Bake in greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch pan at 350Β° for 55 minutes, or until done.
