Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo, 4 tbsp. sour cream, 1 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. soda and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mash bananas, one at a time.
In another bowl, cream oleo. Add sour cream, sugar, flour, vanilla, soda and salt; mix with mixer.
Blend in pecans and bananas.
Put into greased loaf or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes, then turn out onto plate.
