Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 sticks butter (room temperature), 2 eggs, beaten (at room temperature), 8 medium ripe bananas, mashed and 3 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cream sugar and butter until fluffy; add eggs and bananas. Mix in flour and milk; add nuts and vanilla.
Add oil last.
Pour into greased and floured pans.
