Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, put in buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Add flour and milk alternately, beginning and ending with flour.
Stir in nuts and bananas.
Use 1 cup bananas for drier bread or 1 1/2 cups for moist bread.
Add vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes (may take longer for moister bread).
Yields 1 loaf.
