Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream together butter sugar.
Eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift dry ingredients together and add creamed mixture.
Add bananas and nuts. Pour into well greased loaf pans and bake at 250° to 300° from 1 to 2 hours. A few of the pecans may be saved for sprinkling over the top of each loaf before baking.

2 loaves.
